Zack is a Project Manager and PMO Coordinator with over 15 years of international experience delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Zack specializes in project management, cost control, performance reporting, data analysis and PMO process standardization, supporting senior management and project teams with clear, data-driven insights. Zack plays a key role in coordinating PMO operations, developing interactive dashboards, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, and budget. He holds a BEng and an MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and brings a structured, analytical approach to project delivery and PMO operations.
